Spanish fly is one of the most well known female sexual
enhancement products in the world. It has a long history of use and there is so
much mystique tied to the name that even if a product is just called Spanish
Fly and isn't actually the real thing, it is still popular. However, Spanish
Fly is one of the worst enhancement products out there and the so-called Spanish
Fly products are scams, meaning that you would do well to steer clear!
The Dangers of Real Spanish Fly
The real thing, is made up of a type of beetle which is
crushed up and ingested. It works by irritating the genital area which
supposedly promotes sensitivity and greater stimulation. However, this same
irritation leads to a higher risk of infection and even damage to your liver
and other internal organs. It also causes itching and burning which isn't
conducive to feeling in the mood for sex! For these reasons, Spanish Fly has
been banned in many parts of the world.
False Fly
Since S Fly is largely banned and dangerous for consumption
besides, most of the products you see online that claim to be Spanish
Fly are actually a completely
different mixture of ingredients. The key ingredient is usually cayenne, but
it's usually a mystery as to what else could be in the product since
alternative medicines aren't regulated by law in many parts of the world,
including the Western world. This makes them useless as well as potentially
dangerous; there is no telling what is in the product you are using and so you
could be ingesting something dangerous to your body. On top of that, these
false Fly products tend to be overpriced since they are riding on the
reputation of the name. Finally, many of these merchants are flat out crooks;
they may offer 'free trial' products in order to get a hold of your credit card
and then charge you every month for a product that doesn't work.
Scamming the Desperate
In spite of the many articles, medical facts, and warnings,
the Spanish Fly scam continues to harm thousands of men and women desperate to
increase their libido and have better sex and more powerful orgasms. The
mystique behind the name 'Spanish Fly' is enough to make many people overlook
the danger in favor of something that has a history supporting its use.
However, history shouldn't always be used to back up a claim; for example, you
wouldn't get bled anymore to get rid of an illness would you? So why would you
continue to use something simply because you're told that old kings used it?
The Spanish Fly product is nothing more than a cheat and a scam, intended to
lure people in to at best spend money on something useless and at worst, spend
money on something that will hurt them! Spanish

They're known as phytochemicals, plant-based nutrients that bring a wonderful array of health benefits to the body. You've no doubt heard about carbs, proteins and fat, along with vitamins and minerals, but you probably haven't heard too much about the best nutrients - micronutrients found in plants that might help protect you from life altering disease like cancer, heart disease, stroke and diabetes.

You've no doubt heard about carbs, proteins and fat, along with vitamins and minerals, but you probably haven't heard too much about the best nutrients - micronutrients found in plants that might help protect you from life altering disease like cancer, heart disease, stroke and diabetes.
Makes sense. Plant based choices like veggies, fruits, legumes,
whole grains, seeds and nuts have long been known to be tasty, healthy options.
What science has learned of late is that the plant molecules
in these foods interact with human cells, and each other, in intriguing ways.
No one realized that these good for you choices were bringing so many benefits
to the body, and the discoveries are changing the way experts think about food.
Over the past two decades, researchers have found that good
for you choices like carrots, peanuts and kale have tissues that are made up of
thousands of phytochemicals. Though there are literally thousands of beneficial
little chemicals, here are 16 we know about, along with the food sources where
you'll find them. product

The debate still goes on about how much fish oil we need in
our diet and whether we should be taking supplements. Not all nutrition experts
are convinced that this is necessary. But others take the opposite view. They
suggest that far from treating our purchases from the health food shop as a
supplement, they should be regarded as a part of our normal diet.
I have to declare an interest here and say that I am firmly
on the side of boosting our intake of fish oil, however you want to refer to
that.
We all have increasingly busy lifestyles and one thing that
can suffer is a good, balanced diet. For many of us, the family gathering
around the dining table is a rare event.
I would like to ask a question of some of these dietary
experts. They claim that our normal diet contains sufficient omega-3, but how
do they know. Quite a few diets leave a lot to be desired. Spanish

High on junk food, high on fat, salt and calories and low on
fresh fruit and vegetables. In short, the kind of diet that we are always being
warned about. Or there is the other extreme. There are those who are more
concerned about how what they eat makes them look, than how it makes them feel.
I don't think you can generalise and say that our diet
provides what we need. The benefits of fish oil are too well documented to be
ignored. And they are called essential fatty acids because they are well,
essential.
You can call it a fish oil dietary supplement or just food,
but those golden gel capsules will be staying on my shopping list. I intend to
make sure that I get enough of the essentials.
